Day 1: Arrive Egypt

  • Arrive in Cairo, Egypt (around the clock). Nile Holiday representative will meet and assist you through formalities, and then transfer to your hotel. At hotel you will assist with a smooth check-in and confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo

Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo City tour / Train to Aswan

Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo City tour / Train to Aswan

  • Check out after breakfast, Nile holiday Egyptologist tour guide will accompany you to visit the Giza pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus. proceed to visit the valley temple and the Great Sphinx. And then, move on to visit the Egyptian museum of antiquities, houses 120,000 ancient Egyptian artifacts, covers 5000 years of Egypt past. You will also see the treasure of the boy Pharaoh Tutankhamon found in his nearly intact tomb, discovered in the Valley of the Kings, Luxor in 1922.
  • Continue to old Cairo and fort Babylon, a Roman fortress around which many of the Egyptian oldest Christians churches were built, visit the Hanging Church, the church of saint Sergius and Bacchus and also Ben Ezra Synagogue. Go on to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Cairo’s oldest bazaar of Khan El Khalili. Later, you will be transferred to Giza train station to board the sleeper train to Aswan. Dinner, Breakfast & overnight in your train compartment

Day 3: Aswan Sightseeing Tours

  • Arrive at Aswan train station, you will be met and transfer to your hotel. Later, start to visit the unfinished obelisk, it is considered the largest piece of stone ever made. The obelisk was abandoned because of the cracks appeared in the granite rock. Proceed to visit high dam, a rock-fill dam built across the Nile River in Aswan between 1960 – 1970, to fully control the Nile floods and produce electricity. Continue to visit Philae Temple Island dedicated to the goddess Isis. And then, transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Aswan

Day 4: Aswan / Abu Simbel temple

Day 4: Aswan / Abu Simbel temple

  • Breakfast at your hotel, and then start to visit the rock cut temple of Abu Simbel, drive for about 3 hours one way. On arrival, enjoy seeing the great temple, dedicated to Amun Ra, Ra-Horakhty, and Ptah, as well as to the deified Ramses himself. It is considered the grandest and most beautiful of the temples
  • commissioned during the reign of Ramses II, and one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt. Walk to visit the nearby small temple, dedicated to the goddess Hathor and Queen Nefertari, located to the north of the great temple. After finished. transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Aswan

Day 5: Aswan / Luxor West Bank

Day 5: Aswan / Luxor West Bank

  • Check out after breakfast at your hotel, then drive for about 4 hours from Aswan to Luxor. Start to visit the Valley of the Kings, used as a burial place for the new kingdom pharaohs between 1550 till 1080 BC. Whist here, you can visit Tutankhamon and Ramses VI tomb (extra ticket on spot).
  • Proceed to visit the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh dressed as a male to gain the throne. The temple was designed and implemented by Senemut, the pharaoh’s royal steward. Move on to see and take photos for the Colossi of Memnon, these two giant quartzite statues of Amenhotep III. And then, transfer to your hotel, check in. Overnight in Luxor

Day 6: Luxor East Bank Tours / Hurghada

  • Breakfast at your hotel and check out, start to visit Karnak temple, a must see Temple in Luxor. It was named Ipet-isut “The most selected of places”. The temple dedicated to the Theban triad of Amon-Ra, his consort mut and their son Khonsu. And then, you will visit Luxor temple, its construction was begun by Amenhotep III (1386 to 1349 BC) and was completed by Tutankhamen. Then developed by other pharaohs, like Ramses II and also Alexander the Great. And then, transfer by AC modern vehicle to your hotel in Hurghada, around 4 hours drive. Overnight in Hurghada
